Terms of Sale
- * Horses
sold are up to date on immunizations, worming, farrier and dental care.
- * A current
coggins and health certificate (if needed for travel outside of the state of
OH) are provided on horses $1000.00 or greater.
- * Horses are
sold as-is. We represent our horses honestly and it is our desire to place
horses in homes that will be perfect for both the horse and new
owner.
- * The buyer
is strongly encouraged to visit us and inspect horse in person.
- * A
non-refundable 10% down payment is required, however, the deposit may be
applied toward the purchase of another horse.
- * Shipping
is the responsibility of the buyer, although we can transport/deliver up
to 300 miles one direction, for the cost of fuel.
- * 30 days of
free board will be given to allow purchaser to arrange transportation.
- * We will
accept cash, or credit card through PayPal (for 3% fee). Will also accept
personal checks and money orders. Check and money orders must clear our bank
before horse leaves our property.
